• 2007 Crabapple Mead, 750ml bottles.  An exquisitely crisp, pink crabapple mead harvested from the bountiful suburban cul-du-sacs of Stevens Point
• 2006 Cherry Bounce, 750ml bottles.  Tart Door County cherries drowned in local honey, vodka, and brandy
• 2008 Razz Grape, 750ml bottles.  Robust body of wild grapes with local honey aroma and bite of red raspberries.  Extremely rare!  

Wanted:

• Local Elderberries, frozen preferred.  Compensation depends on the location harvested, flavor, and condition (with or without stem)
• Local Hops: Cascade, Fuggle or Willamette
• Bees Wax
